Crochet Be My Baby Blanket
Crochet Be My Baby Blanket

The Crochet Be My Baby Blanket is a yummy little stitch sampler to make for a family member. Free pattern.

The yarn colours are carried up the side of the blanket, so there is no perpetual yarn ends to deal with.

Sized right for baby at 36" x 38". The stitch multiple is 4 chs + 4 if you want to change the size.

I love baby blankets where the boredom of the same stitch doesn't exist. It keeps me mentally engaged and creates milestones of accomplishments.

There are only two rounds on the border. The first one will cover the top of the carried strands.

I love the patterns from Yarnspiration, but they seem to cut off the margin on the left side. No matter what I try, it always does this. Is there a reason, is it something I need to do that I am not aware off?

I'm not sure if that's a personal setting for your computer. That doesn't happen with me. When you do a print preview, check to make sure the pdf is not expanding to be bigger.

I see this pattern is very new (and beautiful) but it's using discontinued yarn. I'm sure I can find a good substitution, but it would be easier if they used currently-available yarn.

This pattern was migrated over to Yarnspirations when Red Heart was sold. Most of the patterns came over and reformatted to Yarnspirations Standards which you will see all Red Heart Patterns from the era have the date August or August 1, 2019 when it was officially moved over from the Red Heart Site to Yarnspirations Site.
